Who ever had or is having problems with SLC/LEA?
Every year I have some problem, in my first year they wanted to do further checks on my mums income and therefore didn’t get my first installment till early december. So lucky i had money saved up!
Then my second year they said they had paid my first installment and had not, so they said i had to fill in a claim form and then didn’t get the first installment until late December.
Now in my third year I have no money saved up myself and truly am skint! 10 days before im due to move to Coventry they cancel my application!
I then had to reapply via paper forms and directly to my LEA…im estimated to get the first installment in December!
They should have just made my first payment in December!
supposed to be same being paid back in real terms as was lent after all.
