I’d agree with Jen however it can be difficult i believe to take that route, although not saying its easy for the university route (mainly post grad, post LPC) but it comes down to what would suit yourself best as well.
Not just figures…but of course figures are becoming even more overwhelming in today climate.
However, you also have to consider what about if you decide to move, change firms, etc, what will look best on your CV alongside any other work you have done? Thus might be worth finding out what firms would be more likely to employee then consider it into what route to take.
