"There is an initial selection and allocation process (the initial stage), which runs from 1^st December 2009 through to late March 2010. To be considered in the initial stage, your application and reference must be received by 1^st December 2009. Applications received after 1^st December 2009 but during the initial stage will be considered by Institutions at the end of March 2010. Applications received subsequently will be considered by Institutions immediately they are received.

The earliest date for Institutions to send out offers for the initial stage is 1^st February 2010 (offer date).  Any offers made will be held open until 12^th March 2010 to ensure there is time for applicants so consider all offers their have received."
