Mooting
So what exactly is mooting?
Welcome to the Mooting section...
So what is mootingand how do I get involved?! This section is dedicated to answering questions like these and a whole lot more.
Put simply, a moot is where two pairs of 'advocates' debate a fictious legal case in front of a judge. It's a great way for students to improve the skills required for court and improve their knowledge of the law.
Mooting is particularly useful at developing legal analysis and interpretation skills, but it is also extremely useful in developing public speaking skills as well. If you have any particular issues relating to mooting that you would like us to address, please drop us an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or head over to the forums.
