If not sufficiently prepared for, assessment days can be tricky at best. Considering that most law firms now run assessment days, we were confused at how little information there was out there on them.
Although assessment days can vary from firm to firm, they all look to answer the same question. Are you any good?! The prospect of spending a day at an assessment centre can be a daunting one, but if you prepare sufficiently beforehand it can make a massive difference.
